The Naval Vision
The Navy exists to protect canadian interests in the ocean
areas adjacent to the Canadian coast and beyond. to do this
we need a combat capable fleet, which entails far mare than
simply possesing modern warships. Acheving combat capability
requires, above all, dedicated people, ashore and afloat,
who have the opportunity to practice and develop their skills.
The navy of the future must sail, it must sail often, and it
must be ready.
